I had a very inefficient furnace that kept going out intermittently-naturally when it was the coldest this winter. When I called Ongaro and Mike arrived, most times it ‘magically’ worked. Through this he was very understanding and patient. He could test the system trying to duplicate the fault. He explained what he was looking for and why he was doing certain tests. Eventually I ended up replacing the furnace with a quieter, more efficient furnace and thermostat. I love both! Thank you Mike for all your help and patience and to Dean for assisting at the end and walking me thru the thermostat set up. I love being able to adjust it remotely via my phone. My family used Ongaro for many years and I hope to continue the tradition!
