This membership includes one annual visit to service inspect and test Hydronic systems per year.

  • One annual service visit
  • Test the sequence of operation on the Boiler
  • Test Boiler and system temperatures
  • Test closed system water pressure
  • Test closed system Boiler Feed Valve for functionality
  • Inspect Boiler Expansion Tank and adjust pressure (if needed)
  • Inspect DHW Expansion Tank and adjust pressure (if needed)
  • Test DHW mixing valve temperature (if applicable)
  • Test Condensate drain (flush condensate if needed)
  • Test Condensate pump (if applicable)
  • Test Gas Valve Manifold pressure (adjust if needed)
  • Visually inspect Gas Manifold Burner Assembly (additional cost to clean Manifold Burner Assembly)
